Conway Group Healthcare throw a Christmas Ball! (December, 2020)
Residents and Staff attended ‘Brooklands Christmas Ball’. The ladies and gentlemen looked glamorous and felt fabulous; we saw dashing suits, swinging dresses and many sequins. Lenny the Barber provided great hair styles. Residents took to the foyer to experience a Hollywood themed evening, one that entailed a red carpet, dinner, a bar, lights, a photo booth and Gaz, the very talented DJ. Mrs Clause was there and so was the grinch! Thank you to our amazing staff for going above and beyond to ensure that It was a very special night for all.

Residents of Brooklands Kilkeel were in awe with the response of The Pen Pal Project. (September, 2020)
Thank you for everyone who took part in ‘The Pen Pal Project’, we have been overwhelmed with the response; it has been truly incredible. Our lovely Residents have received letters from many different schools and groups, letters from England, Ireland, USA, Dubai, France, Canada, Switzerland and more. Residents will select a few pen-pals each and correspond with a handwritten letter, but unfortunately due to such high numbers not everyone will receive a return letter. Although, Residents have received and read every single letter and it has brought tremendous joy and happiness to the Care Home. Thanks again to everyone who got involved, inspired and touched the hearts of our Residents in Brooklands, Kilkeel.
